Return eligibility:
- Return within 60 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, uncarried, and in original packaging
Not eligible for return:
- Custom knives, Gold Class, Limited Editions, and Cutlery
- Used or modified products
- Orders not placed on Benchmade.com
Return process:
- Visit our Returns Portal
- Enter your Customer PO# (starts with “1100”)
- Select the item and refund method (card or gift card)
- Print your packing slip and ship the item to us
Refunds: Issued within 7–10 business days after we inspect your return.
